Compensation: OTE 300K-$500K
(Base $150K + Uncapped Commission)

AI Data Cloud Partner helping enterprises modernize their data infrastructure
and unlock AI-driven insights. Their clients span manufacturing, logistics, and
retail, where we deliver measurable business outcomes through data
modernization, analytics, and automation. They are on a growth trajectory and
are building a high-performance data sales team to expand their Snowflake
footprint.
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with a strong
background in Snowflake implementation, and analytics solution sales. The ideal
candidate will have proven experience in selling data warehousing, BI, and
visualization solutions involving tools like Power BI and Tableau. This role
requires a balance of technical understanding and strategic sales acumen to
drive new business opportunities, know how to navigate the partner landscape,
and can build trusted relationships with enterprise clients, and expand
existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for Snowflake
development and implementation projects.
·
Work closely with technical teams to craft customized data
warehousing and analytics solutions tailored to client needs.
·
Demonstrate and articulate the business value of Snowflake, Power
BI, and Tableau to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
·
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive
outreach, networking, and CRM management (HubSpot or equivalent).
·
Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to align
go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless handoffs post-sale.
·
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
and account expansion.
·
Stay current on Snowflake ecosystem updates, cloud integrations
(AWS, Azure, GCP), and data visualization trends.
·
Prepare detailed proposals, pricing structures, and RFP responses
that align with company standards.
·
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
·
Develop relationships with Snowflake partner managers and field
sellers to co-sell and co-market solutions
Qualification and Experience
·
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field.
·
Minimum 2 years of direct experience selling Snowflake-based data
solutions.
·
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL pipelines,
and SQL fundamentals.
·
Hands-on familiarity with Power BI and Tableau (ability to discuss
dashboards, KPIs, and visualization capabilities).
·
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in
technology or software services.
·
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
·
Experience working with technical pre-sales teams and managing
enterprise accounts.
·
Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
·
Snowflake Sales Certification.
·
Experience selling data modernization, AI analytics, or data
integration services.
·
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
·
Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security
frameworks in enterprise environments.
Nice to have
·
Experience working at an early-stage startup where you helped
scale or professionalize the sales motion, from early deal execution to
repeatable process
·
Experience selling into the trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, wholesale
and industrial distribution, etc.)
·
Background in high-performance environments (e.g. collegiate
athletics, military, competitive operating roles)
·
Experience selling products that were early in their category or
still being defined
